this operation concerns the acquisition of food products to prepare in cold connection all the meals served by the Collective Catering Service of the City, engaged in a process of Ecocert certification "In the kitchen", compliance with the Egalim law, and promotion of healthy, quality and sustainable food. Lots 04 Fresh meat (excluding poultry) and 06 Charcuterie, previously renewed, are not covered by this contract. The Framework Agreement with minimum and maximum is passed pursuant to Articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code. It will result in the issuance of purchase orders. Each lot will be awarded to a maximum of 2 economic operators (subject to a sufficient number of tenders)
