Engineering services for the planning, preparation and implementation of exploration services, building demolition and soil remediation measures

The tender is for engineering services for the investigation of explosive-typical contamination of soil and building fabric.

The services for Lot 1 essentially comprise:

• Familiarization with the existing project and the project documents including on-site visits, briefing on the structures of the authorities and preparation of a final report for induction

• Participation in meetings with the client or the responsible authorities at the request of the client, including preparation and follow-up, arrival and departure

• Creation of an investigation concept for additional detailed exploration

• Preparation and participation in the commissioning of soundings and soil/building fabric sampling as well as their evaluation

• Positions of an occupational health and safety coordinator according to DGUV 101-004

Building.

The services for Lot 2 essentially comprise:

• Familiarization with the existing project and the project documents including on-site visits, instruction in authority structures and preparation of a final report for induction

• Participation in meetings with the client or the responsible authorities at the request of the client, including preparation and follow-up, arrival and departure

• Preparation of a remediation concept and preparation of the approval planning

• Participation in coordination with the owners

• Preparation of the implementation planning for the renovation

• Preparation and participation in the awarding of construction contracts

• Supervision of the remediation

• Implementation of construction supervision

• Appointment of an occupational safety coordinator in accordance with DGUV regulation 101-004

• Appointment of a safety and health coordinator

• Ecological construction supervision

• Preparation of technical refurbishment documentation

• Preparation and participation in the awarding of the contract for the valuation of outdoor facilities / vegetation

• Preparation and participation in the awarding of the contract for the preservation of evidence
