The contracting authority has begun using Chromebooks from the first Chromebook procurement, and is now ready to initiate the procurement of a second round with Chromebooks for education.

The procurement consists of Chromebooks, single-use licenses, and support and repairs based on an hourly rate.

The procurement was carried out as an open tender competition. The contracting authority received 8 tenders of which 2 were rejected. One of those tenders was invited back to the tender contest due to lodging appeals. The evaluation was implemented, and a contract was awarded.
