The services relate to the manufacture of welded joints in 316L(N) steel with the automatic TIG process as part of the MATNA project
The services concern the manufacture of welded joints in 316L(N) steel with the automatic TIG process as part of the MATNA project. These benefits are broken down into a firm tranche
and an optional tranche defined as follows:
- the firm part:
Phase 1:
- Studies relating to the development and validation of the procedure,
- The manufacture and characterization of up to 2 meters of welded joints according to the RCCMRx code
- Destructive and non-destructive testing in accordance with the above-mentioned CoC,
- Delivery to CEA/Saclay,
- The provision of the required deliverables at the end of phase 1.
Phase 2 :
- The manufacture and characterization of 23 meters of welded joints according to the RCC-MRx code,
- Destructive and non-destructive testing in accordance with the above-mentioned CoC,
- Delivery to CEA/Saclay,
- The provision of the deliverables required as part of the service,
- The return of filler and base materials at the end of phase 2.

- Option 1: return of filler and base materials at the end of phase 1.
