This consultation concerns project management missions for the development of the major cycle route C de Rezé (Place des Martyrs de la Résistance) / Les Sorinières (Avenue du Sud) and the improvement of the performance of the Chronobus C4 line in the municipalities of Rezé and Les Sorinières.

This market takes the form of a tranched market

On 10 February 2023, the Metropolitan Council approved the programme and the launch of a project management mission for the entire operation, and set the provisional financial envelope for the development of section 1 of the major axis and for the improvement of the performance of the C4 chronobus line. This first section includes the redevelopment of the cycle path between the Place des Martyrs de la Résistance and the Route des Sorinières in Rezé.

The works envelope allocated to this scope is set at €7,500,000 including VAT.

€600,000 (including VAT) will be used to improve the performance of the C4 chronobus line along the entire axis. €6,900,000 (including VAT) is dedicated to the creation of the masterful cycle route of section 1.

the second section includes the redevelopment to accommodate the master cycle route located between the rue de Nantes and the avenue du Sud in Les Sorinières. The estimated works budget for this perimeter, but not programmed for this mandate, is 4,250,000 euros (including VAT).

In addition, the project management for the development of the Avenue du Sud in Les Sorinières, constituting the southern end of the main road, will be carried out entirely in-house by the services of Nantes Métropole
