1) The subject of the contract for round-the-clock physical protection of persons and property at the POLIN Museum of the History of Polish Jews within a period of 24 months.

2) A detailed description of the subject of the contract and a description of the method of performance of the contract is contained in the Description of the Subject of the Contract (hereinafter: "OPZ"), constituting, respectively, Annex No. 1 to the SWZ and Annex No. 12 to the SWZ – Draft provisions of the contract.

1. Subject of the contract:

1) Round-the-clock physical protection of persons and property in the building of the POLIN Museum of the History of Polish Jews, including exhibition spaces and counteracting threats, by the Contractor holding a license to perform such activities, issued by the Minister of the Interior and Administration, performed on the basis of the provisions of the Act of 22 August 1997 on the protection of persons and property and the provisions of the Regulation of the Minister of Culture and National Heritage of 2 September 2014 in on securing the museum's collections against fire, theft and other dangers threatening their destruction or loss.

2) The subject of the contract includes the provision of direct physical protection services for the building of the POLIN Museum of the History of Polish Jews carried out in the form of:

(a) permanent posts;

(b) circumvention posts;

(c) ad hoc posts;

d) patrols;

(e) the ad hoc action of the armed Intervention Group;

3) The service will be provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on two shifts, as part of 24-hour and 12-hour and shorter posts. The list of persons performing the subject of the contract with an indication of their name and surname and qualifications, the basis for disposal and the experience described will be an annex to the contract.

The projected total maximum number of man-hours over a 24-month period is: 142,000 rbh. The Ordering Party informs that the minimum total number of man-hours over a period of 24 months is: 96 360 rbh.
