Description:
Provision of services for the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from property owners in the commune of Bojszowy in the period from 1.1.2020 to 31.12.2020.

1. The subject of the contract is collection, transport and management of solid municipal waste from the Bojszowy commune.

2. The scope of the contract includes:

2.1 collection of solid municipal waste from all residential and uninhabited real estate in the Bojszowy commune, together with their transport and development;

2.2 retrofitting and servicing the municipal Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK).

1. The subject of the contract are the following services:

1.1 collection, transport and management of municipal waste from property owners where residents live;

1.2 collection, transport and management of municipal waste from owners of real estate where residents do not live, and municipal waste is generated;

1.3 servicing and retrofitting the Municipal Waste Selective Point.

2. During the contract period:

2.1. The contractor will collect, transport and manage municipal waste from the Bojszowy commune from all properties (inhabited and uninhabited) specified in Annex 1 to OPZ and from PSZOK in the estimated amount of approx. 4,000 Mg / year, including:

a) unsorted (mixed) municipal waste - 1 275 Mg / year,

b) bio waste constituting municipal waste - 900 Mg / year,

c) paper and cardboard - 90 Mg / year,

d) glass - 175 Mg / year,

e) plastics, metals, multi-material packaging waste - 175 Mg / year,

f) construction and demolition waste - 185 Mg / year,

g) ash from households - 1,000 Mg / year,

h) bulky waste - 170 Mg / year,

i) waste electrical and electronic equipment - 11.5 Mg / year,

j) expired drugs - 0.3 Mg / year,

k) worn tires - 11 Mg / year,

l) engine, gear and lubricating oils - 0.5 Mg / year,

m) waste of textiles and clothing - 3 Mg / year,

n) fluorescent lamps and other mercury-containing waste - 0.2 Mg / year,

o) paints, inks, printing inks, solvents, glues, binder and resins - 3 Mg / year,

p) batteries and accumulators - 0.4 Mg / year,

q) ineligible waste generated in the household as a result of receiving medicinal products in the form of injections and monitoring the level of substances in the blood - 0.1 Mg / year.

The amounts of waste listed are the quantities forecasted for acceptance by the Contractor in the period covered by the contract. The contractor undertakes to accept the actual amount of waste, differing upwards or downwards from the forecast.

The contractor is obliged to comply with:

1.1. local law in force in the Bojszowy commune;

1.2. obligations imposed:

a) the Act of 13.9.1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1454, as amended),

b) the Act of 14.12.2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 701, as amended),

c) the Act of 27.4.2001 Environmental Protection Law (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1396, as amended),

d) the Act of 11.9.2015 on waste electrical and electronic equipment (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1466, as amended),

e) the Act of 24.4.2009 on batteries and accumulators (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 521),

f) the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 14.12.2016 on recycling levels, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods of certain municipal waste fractions (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 2167),

g) the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 15.12.2017 on the levels for limiting the storage of biodegradable municipal waste mass (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 2412),

h) the binding resolution of the Silesian Regional Assembly regarding the adoption of the "Waste Management Plan for the Silesian Voivodeship",

i) the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of October 7, 2016 on detailed requirements for the transport of waste (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 1742),

j) Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 11.1.2013 on detailed requirements for the collection of municipal waste from property owners (Journal of Laws 2013, item 122).

1.3 in the event of a change in the law, the Contractor is obliged to comply with applicable law during the performance of the contract.
