1. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity in accordance with the provisions of the Energy Law of 10.4.1997 (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2019, item 755, as amended) for the needs of the city of Suwałki, organizational units of the city of Suwałki and other Suwałki entities.

2. The total estimated electricity consumption [MWh] for the period January 1, 2013 - December 31, 2121 is 46,500,608 MWh.

3. The material scope of the subject of the contract is specified in the detailed description of the subject of the contract (Annex 1 to the ToR), containing the location and description of the electricity consumption points and the contract template (Annex 4 to the ToR) together with Annex 1 (list of electricity consumption points covered by the contract ) and No. 2 (power of attorney), which are an integral part of this ToR.

4. This contract does not include electricity distribution services.
