This is a joint European Public Tender of the UMCs listed below. The call for tenders concerns the supply of medicinal products commonly available to the general public. The participating University Medical Centers are:

- Academic Hospital Maastricht, also trading under the name Maastricht UMC+

- Radboudumc

The Contracting Entities are further referred to in this Request for Quotation as "UMC", unless otherwise indicated.

Maastricht UMC+ is the coordinator and therefore in principle a single point of contact for interested parties and tenderers.

To this end, UMC wishes to conclude a Framework Agreement per participant with one entrepreneur for the duration of 4 years with an option to extend 2 times 2 years.

The conclusion of a framework agreement for the supply of medicinal products of general use through a wholesale distributor.
