The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from the sławno commune.

1. Collection and management of municipal waste from the area of the Sławno commune", including:

− from inhabited real estate and from real estate with summer cottages or other real estate used for recreation and leisure purposes;

− from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) and from points designated in pharmacies, schools and the municipal office".

The approximate amount of municipal waste that the Contracting Authority expects to be collected from the owners of inhabited properties and from properties with summer houses or other properties used for recreation and leisure purposes, PSZOK and from points designated in pharmacies, schools and the commune office during the contract implementation period is approx. 975.00 Mg.

2. The scope and manner of performance of the subject matter of the contract is specified (Appendix No. 1 to the Terms of Reference) – Detailed description of the subject matter of the contract (SOPZ) and the Draft Agreement constituting (Appendix No. 2 to the Terms of Reference).

1. Collection and management of municipal waste from the building of the Commune Office. The approximate number of containers that the Ordering Party expects to be collected from the building of the Commune Office during the period of execution of the order is approx. 48 pcs.
