The purpose of the consultation is to choose a prime contractor for the renovation and rehabilitation work of the Beaublanc university campus.

DIAG mission; basic missions:

- Summary preliminary design (APS);

- Final preliminary design (APD) and establishment of administrative authorizations [Building permit if applicable (PC)];

- Project studies (Pro);

- Assistance for the signing of works contracts (ACT);

- Direction of the execution of the works contract (DET);

- Assistance during reception operations (AOR) and Perfect completion guarantee (GPA).

Additional missions:

- Execution study (EXE);

- Synthesis study (SYNTH);

- coordination of the fire safety system (SSI);

- Site scheduling, management and coordination (OPC).
