With this call for tenders, the ZHAW is looking for a suitable user and operator representation for various construction projects of the ZHAW at the Winterthur, Zurich and Wädenswil locations, which are to be implemented in the coming years. The focus is on representing the interests of users and operators in the preliminary study and project planning phase (service phases SIA 21 – 33), as well as the tendering and implementation phase (service phases SIA 41 – 53). A framework agreement is to be concluded between the parties for the next 5 years.
