The advertised service is a framework agreement in the trade cleaning and care services — facade cleaning, gutter cleaning for various. Properties in the state of Berlin, which have been divided into 2 lots. The services are based on the corresponding standard service books (SLTB construction) or the client's own specifications of services (see procurement documents). In addition, services that go beyond are mapped via hourly billing rates and special material. The execution period of the services begins on 1/1/2022 and ends on December 31, 2023. The single order value of the release from the framework agreement is limited to a maximum of EUR 20 000.00 net.
