1) The subject of the contract is the collection and management of the entire mass of municipal waste generated, both mixed and collected in a selective manner, arising and collected from residential real estate located within the administrative boundaries of the commune of Radziejowice, regardless of weather conditions, in a manner ensuring achievement of appropriate recycling levels, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and to reduce the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill.

2) A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in the Specification of Essential Terms of the Contract (SIWZ) with attachments.

1) The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from owners of real estate resident in the commune of Radziejowice from the following villages: Adamów-Wieś, Adamów Parcel, Benenard, Budy Józefowskie, Budy Mszczonowskie, Chroboty, Kamionka, Kuranów, Kuklówka Radziejowicka, Kuklówka Zarzeczna, Korytów, Korytów A, Krze Duży, Krzyżówka, Nowe Budy, Podlasie, Pieńki Towarzystwo, Radziejowice, Radziejowice-Parcel, Słabomierz, Stare Budy Radziejowskie, Tartak Brzózki, Jealousy, Zboiska.

2) The subject of the contract includes the collection, transport and transfer of municipal waste collected to functioning municipal installations that meet the requirements of the relevant provisions.

3) Types and estimated quantities (Mg) of municipal waste collected from property owners in the period from 1.7.2018 to 30.6.2019:

a) unsorted (mixed) municipal waste (including ash): 915.88;

b) metals and plastics (e.g. plastics, metal, multi-material packaging): 284.62;

c) paper: 23,965;

d) glass: 111.8;

e) bio waste (so-called green waste): 52.46;

f) bulky and other wastes (e.g. bulky, tires, chemicals, medicines, construction waste, waste electronics and household appliances): 50.68.

A total of 1 439.405 Mg.

4) The estimated number of residential properties from which municipal waste will be collected in the Radziejowice commune is: 1 852 and constitutes an annex to the contract. The Purchaser reserves that the list is drawn up on the basis of declarations submitted by property owners and is for information only.

5) The area of the Radziejowice commune is 7 301 ha.

6) The length of roads in the Radziejowice commune is 183.17 km, including:

a) national roads: 16.17 km;

b) provincial roads: 6.66 km;

c) poviat roads: 14.74;

d) public municipal roads: 41.315 km;

e) local roads: 104.28 km.

7) The expected number of inhabitants served in the Radziejowice commune is 4 964.
