Framework agreement: bicycle lease for the employees of the Institute of Tropical Medicine.
Explanation:
Bicycle leasing fits seamlessly into ITM's personnel policy and values. We want to be a sustainable and close-knit organization that offers a fair, transparent and flexible salary package to employees.
Regional anchoring is an important aspect of the dossier. Proximity to and for local traders becomes an anchor point throughout the procedure. Unburdening both ITM and the participating employees is also a crucial aspect. Smooth cooperation and communication with the human resources department will be an important condition for the successful implementation of the project.
ITM's ambition is to offer the bicycle lease from 1 January 2024. Based on a NON-BINDING initial poll, we expect at least 100 candidates to get in immediately. In the following years, additional employees may want to make use of the offer.
In this framework agreement, the focus is on a wide range from which employees can choose and a large network of bicycle dealers. The repayment of the monthly lease cost will be realized according to the principle of flexible remuneration, either through the end-of-year bonus, or the exchange of vacation days, or a combination of both. ITM aims for a cost-neutral operation with a minimum administrative burden for its own operations (personnel department, financial service and facility), as well as for the employee who wishes to use the bicycle leasing system.
