The contractor assumes the tasks of an SMGWA for the client (cf. § 2 paragraph 20 and § 25 MsBG) and provides further services in the operation of meter data management (MDM) systems and intelligent measurement systems (IMsys), including the provision of applications, certificate management and consulting for Client for the management of the IMsys rollout (procurement, deployment, administration), if specifically agreed.

The contractor assumes the tasks of an SMGWA for the client (cf. § 2 item 20 and § 25 MSbG) and provides further services in the operation of MDM systems and IMsys, including the provision of applications, certificate management and advising the client on the management of the IMsys rollout ( procurement, deployment, administration), if specifically agreed.

The contractor performs the tasks as a certified SMGWA on his own responsibility in accordance with the legal requirements. The contractual partners also specify the processes to be mapped by the contractor for GWA, MDM or other support or consulting services when using IMsys in this service description.

The contractor provides its services with software support using suitable IT systems to map the processes agreed in this contract. To provide services, data is exchanged at interfaces agreed jointly by the contractual partners.
