The subject of the order is the cleaning of office premises and the property, as well as maintenance of the green areas of the Lublin-Zachód District Court in Lublin.
First task - location: ul. Krakowskie Przedmieście 76 and 78 in Lublin.
Second task - location: ul. ul. Boczna Lubomelska 13 in Lublin.
Third task - location: ul. Konrad Wallenroda 4d in Lublin.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract has been included in accordance with the task in the annexes to the ToR No. 1a, 1b, 1c.
The first task includes cleaning office premises and the premises, as well as maintenance of green areas of the Lublin - Zachód District Court in Lublin at ul. Krakowskie Przedmieście 76 and 78 in Lublin.
The internal area covered by the cleaning service is: 6 229 m
Comprehensive cleaning services include: cleaning of office rooms, corridors, halls, staircases, passageways, stairs, toilet rooms, bathrooms, window cleaning and other surfaces (paneling, glazed walls), furniture cleaning, lining baskets with plastic bags , taking garbage to the indicated place, cleaning shoe wipers, washing and vacuuming floor coverings (including carpets) as well as washing, polishing and floor polishing.
The contractor will be obliged to:
1) providing cleaning services at least every day working for the Employer,
2) providing means and equipment needed to perform the order, including a mechanical device for cleaning floors - a minimum of one device in each of the facilities,
3) ensuring the supply of liquid soap, toilet paper, paper towels, rubbish bags, sand and magnesium chloride / calcium chloride,
4) providing funds and equipment needed to perform the contract.
In addition to the necessary range, which should be equipped with each person providing cleaning services, the Contractor will be obliged to provide each person providing room cleaning services with individual means for: cleaning furniture, disinfecting and cleaning LCD monitors.
Persons who will directly perform services for the Employer (cleaning, as well as exercising direct supervision) cannot be convicted of committing a tax crime / offense. Persons who appear as convicted persons in the Criminal Record of the National Criminal Record may not be admitted to provide the service.
At least 7 cleaners must have a minimum of 6 months' experience in cleaning services.
Cleaning and supervising persons are required to know the provisions of the Act of 5.8.2010 on the protection of classified information (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2018, item 412), the provisions of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016 / 679 of 27.4.2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free flow of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC, the Act of 10.5.2018 on the protection of personal data (Dz. U. of 2018, item 1000, as amended), as well as the provisions of the Act of 16.4.1993 on combating unfair competition (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2018, item 419).
Persons who will be used by the Contractor must be trained in particular in the field of occupational health and safety as well as fire regulations before commencing the provision of services. The Contractor will carry out training by his own efforts and at his own expense.
The external area also includes urban walkways adjacent to the area where the Court is located.
The rooms and the outdoor area to be cleaned must be kept clean.
The contractor will provide the means and equipment necessary to perform the service. The washing and cleaning agents used by the Contractor must have valid attestations or certificates allowing them to be used on the Polish market or other documents confirming the use of equivalent solutions.
The contracting authority requires employment on the basis of an employment contract of persons performing daily cleaning services as part of the contract. The contractor may entrust the performance of part of the contract to the subcontractor (s). The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in art. 67 section 1 point 6 of the PPL, consisting in the repetition of services consistent with the subject of the basic contract and in the scope not exceeding 50% of the contract value.
