The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity on the basis of a comprehensive agreement covering the purchase of active energy and the service of energy distribution to the premises and facilities of the Ordering Party:

1) The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity on the basis of a comprehensive agreement covering the purchase of active energy and the service of energy distribution to the premises and facilities of the Contracting Authority:

a) active energy will be purchased directly on TGE (Polish Power Exchange) by the Contracting Authority itself, using the tools (application/procurement platform) made available to the Contracting Authority by the Seller;

(b) the energy distribution service will be carried out through a DSO (distribution network operator) performing the service in the area of operation belonging to the relevant DSO.

2) Projected amount of energy consumption - 1,388,107 kWh, including energy billed in the tariff:

a) C12a – in the forecast amount of 35 413 kWh

b) B23 – in the forecast amount of 1 352 694 kWh

3) Place of supply of electricity:

4 electricity collection points, specified in Appendix 2 to the Terms of Reference.
