The purpose of the contract is to provide maintenance and technical assistance services in the context of the operation of the facilities of:

- treatment of wastewater from the wastewater treatment plant of the municipality of Bellegarde-sur-Valserine,

- pretreatment of wastewater from the municipal slaughterhouse in Valserhône.

These two entities as well as all the movable property (furniture, materials and equipment) component are made available to the holder in the exercise of the mission entrusted to him by this contract. Maintenance and technical assistance refers to the operation, monitoring, adjustment, minor maintenance or servicing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of the facilities in compliance with the regulations in force.
