Description:
Export and development under R3 recovery of stabilised municipal sewage sludge (code 19 08 05)

The contract shall be conducted in an unlimited invitation to tender for services with a contract value exceeding the Union thresholds referred to in Article 3 (1) (2) of the Pzp Act.

The subject of the Order is a service consisting in export and development under the R3 recovery method of stabilised municipal sewage sludge (code:19 08 05).

The settlements will be received from the sewage treatment plant located in Łęczyca at 6 Poznańska Street, 62-051 Wiry and transported to the recovery site using R3 method.

Maximum amount of sediment: 7,000 Mg.

The scope of the order was estimated on the basis of the amount of sediment generated during the 12 months preceding the estimate of the quantity of the order.

The scope of the order was estimated on the basis of the amount of sediment generated during the 12 months preceding the estimate of the quantity of the order. The actual scope of the contract is subject to change and will be determined on the basis of the actual quantity of deposits exported and developed, however, during the period of the contract, it shall not exceed the quantity indicated in paragraph 3 and shall not be less than 50% of the estimated amount of deposits.

The Contractor will be entitled to remuneration only for the actual amount of municipal sewage sludge, taking into account the above information.

The Contractor is responsible for transport and development under the R3 method recovery of sewage treatment plant in Łęczyca at Poznańska Street 6, 62-051 Wiry.

Reception and transport of sediments will be carried out using the Contractor's equipment adapted to this type of loading. The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to arrange the necessary supervision during transport and the development of sediments.

The transport of sediments must be carried out on the principles strictly defined in the provisions of the Act of 14 December 2012 on Waste (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 779 as amended) of the Act of 20 June 1997 — Road Traffic Law (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 450 as amended), Act of 6 September 2001 on road transport (Journal of Laws of 2017 item 2200 as amended) and the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 7 October 2016 on detailed requirements for the transport of waste (Journal of Laws of 2016 item 1742) with the observance of safety rules for the transport of particularly nuisance materials and dangerous. Vehicles transporting sediments should, in particular, be tight, efficient and clean (without residues of deposits on tires and outer sides).

The Contractor shall be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and surface condition of works and public roads during transport and landing.

Sludges are formed on the wastewater treatment plant in Łęczyca at 6 Poznańska Street, 62-051 Wiry, during biological treatment of sewage using active sludge method.

The precipitate from the thickener is pressed on the tape press. Dewatering is assisted with the help of flocculants.

Dehydrated sediment after the press is characterized by a content of about 14-18% of dry matter.

Reception of sediments will take place:

- 7 days a week, from Monday to Sunday (depending on the needs of the Ordering Party), between 7:00 and 23:00, 1-2 times a day, in a quantity of not less than 120 Mg per week and up to 40 Mg per day of ironed sludge, with a dry sludge content of approximately 14-18% (from 2021r. the dry matter content was 16%).

The height of the sediment ejection on the container/semi-trailer is 325 cm from the substrate on which the container or semi-trailer stands.

The weight of the deposits received will be determined by the Contractor at the site of sediment development on the basis of weighing the sediments on the legalized weight after they have been received from the Ordering Party.

Each transfer of sediments will be confirmed by the Ordering Party with a Waste Transfer Card - generated by a confirmation from BDO in the form of a PDF file or print in accordance with Articles 69 (1), 1a, 3 and 3b of the Waste Act.

The Contractor is obliged to confirm the acceptance of sediments in the BDO system immediately after they are delivered to the development site and carry out transport, but not later than the next working day and to correct the transfer card of waste from BDO resulting from the weighing of the sludge .

For the monthly invoice, the Contractor shall provide the amount of sludge by weight for the quantity contained in the invoice.
