For this purpose, suitable contractors are to be commissioned to take over the necessary planning and consulting services for the project "New construction of the special school Floßbachschule".

The district of Heinsberg is planning the construction of the new special school in two construction phases. The special school is to be geared towards the operation of an open all-day school with a multi-purpose hall (single-field hall), which is also to be built, and rooms for lunch.

A room program is available and is enclosed with the tender documents. The city of Erkelenz intends to issue a project-related development plan. A suitable building plot is available

A completely new building is planned. Changes and adjustments are possible as the planning progresses. The building will be barrier-free in accordance with DIN 18040 Part 1.

In contrast to the regular space requirements of school buildings, the space requirements of the pupils of a special school are significantly increased. The concept of lunch catering has not yet been determined. The premises to be planned must therefore be compatible with different types of preparation such as Cook & Chill, Cook & Hold, as well as fresh/mixed cuisine.
