II.2.4) Description of the procurement:

The client intends to carry out the following construction project: The city of Fehmarn (developer of the ancillary facilities) has cooperated with the LBV. SH (baulastträger der Fahrbahn) agrees that the local traffic of the L209 on Fehmarn in the districts of Burg, Landkirchen and Petersdorf should be overplanned to include the entire road space before a road rehabilitation (the roadway to be arranged in a new axis if necessary) by the LBV. SH, so that in the course of the road renewal also a timely and traffic change appropriate redesign of the ancillary facilities can take place. In this context, the drainage systems (property developers are Stadtwerke Fehmarn (SWF)) are also to be partially replanned and renewed, including the road drainage systems (Baulastträger Stadt Fehmarn). The green areas and street lighting are also to be adapted. The aim is to improve the overall situation with a view to strengthening the environmental network to support the transport transition and thus the climate protection goals.
In the first stage, the work phases 1-2 including the erf. Ingenieurvermessung und Bes. Lstg. commissioned. The aim is to develop a meaningful cost estimate as quickly as possible, which serves as the basis for the contractual regulation between LBV. SH, Stadtwerke and Stadt Fehmarn.
The estimated construction costs amount to € 16,750,000 net for the traffic facilities and € 1,112,800 net for the civil engineering structures.

To this end, planning offices are invited to participate in the competition, which can cover the aforementioned performance profiles and have implemented comparable measures in the past. The assignment will take place in stages.
The following procedure is carried out:
In phase 1, potential applicants are invited to submit their requests to participate with the required proofs.
In phase 2, the requests to participate will be checked and the number of admitted applicants will be limited.
Phase 2 applicants will be invited to negotiate separately.
