The object of this contract is a project management mission with VISA within the meaning of article R. 2431-4 of the public procurement code and its annex 20 of 22.3.2019 corresponding to the following missions: DIA, APS, APD, PRO - DCE, ACT, VISA - SYN, DET, AOR.

Description of the operation: this is an energy renovation and densification operation for the administrative city of Melun located at 20 quai Hippolyte Rossignol, 77000 Melun. The administrative city is made up of 5 buildings of which the following 3 are concerned by this operation: building A: 8-level bar made up of offices; building B: 3-level bar consisting of offices; Building C: 18-storey IGH tower made up of offices. The description of the operation is presented in the summary note of the operation for the renovation of the administrative city of Melun. It is only an aid to understanding the project. The technical and functional program of the operation will be communicated to the candidates selected for the offer phase. It is to highlight that:
