Calico Homes (Calico) own and manage more than 4 500 homes in Pennine Lancashire, and provide a range of services to help people live independently. Calico aim is to make a difference to the quality of life of individuals and the wider communities in which they work.

The opportunity.

Calico have set up a joint venture company (JV) with an external contractor to carry out investment, maintenance and development works for both Calico and other clients. This includes:

1) Planned and development works;

2) Maintenance and other Calico works;

3) Provision for non Calico works.

The development works will be awarded under a single party framework agreement.

Calico have appointed a JV Partner to enter into a joint venture with and start delivering works from summer 2012 onwards.
