2. The diesel fuel purchased from the Contractor shall be intended solely for the Ordering Party's own use.

3. The Contractor shall ensure that the fuel sold will comply with the quality requirements set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9 October 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws 2015 item 1680 as amended). The Contractor undertakes to provide fuel with a CFPP indicator (cold filter lock temperature) suitable for changing weather conditions. Fuel for a transitional period from 1 October to 15 November and 1 March to 15 April must have a cold filter lock temperature no higher than ፦10 °C. For diesel fuel to be available from 16 November to the end of February, a cold filter lock temperature no higher than. -20 °C.

4. Diesel will be delivered to the Contractor's autocysterns at its expense and risk to the Contracting Authority's headquarters. Deliveries will be made on working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) at: 6:30 - 12:30. In justified cases, the Contractor shall be obliged to carry out deliveries on other days as well. The Contracting Authority will transfer the order for delivery of the next batch of fuel in advance no more than two days before the delivery date. The Contracting Authority reserves the possibility of one day in advance to indicate other hours of diesel adoption or to change the quantity of supply.

5. The Contracting Authority has a service station in the form of 3 ground tanks. The transhipment activities shall be on the Contractor.

6. The projected one-time delivery will not be less than 5000 liters and not more than 15000 liters.
