The subject of the contract is the successive supply of diesel oil in the estimated amount of 1,000,000 liters (say: one million liters) within 12 months to the customer's storage tanks.

The subject of the contract is the successive supply of diesel oil in the estimated amount of 1,000,000 liters (say: one million liters) within 12 months to the customer's storage tanks. The Contracting Authority requires that the share of products, including software used in the equipment of telecommunications networks, originating from the Member States of the European Union, countries with which the European Union has concluded agreements on equal treatment of entrepreneurs, or countries to which the provisions of Directive 2014/25/EU apply under a Council decision, exceeds 50%.

Diesel oil must meet the requirements set out in generally applicable regulations and standards, in particular: a/ the Act of 25 August 2006 on the fuel quality monitoring and control system (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 846); b/ Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 25 March 2010 on methods of testing the quality of liquid fuels (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2017, item 247, as amended); c/ Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 09.10.2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1314, as amended), d/ relevant applicable Polish and European standards, including PN-EN 590+A:2017-06 "Fuels for motor vehicles - Diesel fuels - requirements and test methods"; whereby the requirements contained in the Regulation take precedence over the PN - EN 590+A:2017-06 standard. The technical and chemical parameters must not be worse than those specified in the above-mentioned standards and the annex to the above-mentioned regulation.
