The service is part of the so-called "off-block" dismantling package (DHBP) of the Creys-Malville site project. This lot includes the dismantling of the installations present in the reactor building.
The object of this contract is the dismantling of the balance of zone 2 and the release of room R941 of the reactor building. The associated specifications (attached to the contract notice) describe the equipment to be dismantled, the nature of the expected and associated deliverables, the supply limits, the scope and conditions of intervention, the technical prescriptions concerning the studies and the realization of electromechanical dismantling, treatment and evacuation.
The service consists in studying, then implementing on the site, all the dismantling work to reach the final state set out in §5 of the specifications and which are detailed below. Benefits mainly include:
- Detailed design studies and execution studies,
- Site visits to know the environment of the premises and carry out the measurements of the dimensions necessary for the scenario,
- Participation in safety and radiation protection reviews,
- All supplies, manufactures, transports and tests necessary for the performance of the service,
- The training of stakeholders prior to the work,
- The carrying out of the site installation work necessary for the execution of the dismantling work, including the supply, installation and folding of all the equipment, in accordance with the supply limits of these specifications,
- Installation of lighting in unlit work areas,
- The tagging of the equipment to be dismantled according to their waste family,
- The carrying out of the dismantling works described in the following paragraphs,
- The marking of construction sites,
- The final withdrawal of construction site installations,
- The final security of the premises after dismantling,
- The implementation of all the material and organizational provisions defined at the end of the various risk analyses (safety, radiation protection, security, etc.): airlocks, depressogenic elements, filters, spark arrestors in case of hot cuts, etc.
- The implementation and qualification of all the means of handling necessary for the realization of the works and the waste kinematics (taking into account the means made available by the Company
- Management, packaging, control, site storage of finished packages,
- The establishment throughout the construction sites of an organization to ensure efficient waste sorting and the maintenance of radiological and physical cleanliness of the premises in which the work will take place.
- Delivery of the final documentation.
