The framework agreement with a single-beneficiary order form covers the collection of non-hazardous waste, the recovery of scrap metal, the collection and treatment of diffuse hazardous waste deposited in the 12 waste collection centers of Smictom in the South-East, over 21 months. They include three lots:

- lot 1: provision of skips or containers, transport and recovery of scrap metal from waste collection centers;

- lot 2: provision of skips or containers, collection and transport of household and similar non-hazardous waste from waste collection centers;

- lot 3: provision of containers, collection and transport, and treatment of specific diffuse waste from waste collection centers (DDS excluding REP Eco-Dds).

Provision of skips or containers, collection and transport of household and similar non-hazardous waste from waste collection centers:

1) all coming "bulky" or "rejects",

2) all coming "incinerable",

3) wood,

4) brown cartons,

5) plaster and plasterboard,

6) dunnage polystyrene,

7) rubble (only collection and transport, the Smictom has its own skips),

8) green waste (collection and transport only, the Smictom has its own skips).
