The building comprises two combined halls, with a total area of approx. 6000 m², located at the port of Esbjerg.

The halls are constructed of steel frames, sheathed with sandwich panels. The roof structure is constructed of trapezoidal sheets, insulation and roofing felt.

Due to bottom conditions and large loads, both foundations and floors are pile-based.

The tender is conducted as a restricted procedure

The construction of warehouse halls is offered in the main contract between selected main contractors.

The tender shall be conducted as a restricted tender (tender with prior pre-qualification) in accordance with §§ 58 to 60 of Act No 1564 of 15.12.2015 (Tender Act)
