The City of Lincoln Council are seeking to procure Service Providers to support the delivery of planned and responsive works to the City of Lincoln Council’s housing stock of approximately 8,000 properties. The scope of works will include Fencing, Civil Engineering, Environmental Works, and associated services. The Contract will be let for an initial period of 2 years intended to commence on 1st September 2023 with the option to extend for 2 further periods of 2 years up to a maximum contract period of 6 years.
