Preparation of multi-discipline, design and cost estimate documentation for thermal modernization (including insulation), renovation (renovation) and reconstruction with the execution of the design of construction equipment of 5 municipal buildings located in Gdańsk at 10 Władysława IV Street, 12 Turystyczna Street, 72 Leśna Góra Street, 24 St. Wojciech Tract, 8 Jodłowa Street, as well as exercising author's supervision over works performed according to the prepared design documentation, as part of the ECO Synergy Gdańsk task – improving efficiency urban residential buildings, the ELENA instrument – districts of Nowy Port, Wyspa Sobieszewska, Brętowo, Orunia-Św. Wojciech-Lipce, Krakowiec-Górki Zachodnie.

The subject of the Order is:

a) development of five separate multidisciplinary design and cost estimate documentation for thermal modernization (including insulation), renovation (renovation) and reconstruction with the design of construction equipment for buildings located in Gdańsk at:

- 10 Władysława IV Street - plot no. 190/2, precinct 061,

- 12 Turystyczna Street - plot no. 200/6, precinct no. 140 (Sobieszewo),

- 72 Leśna Góra Street - plot no. 155/1, precinct 028,

- 24 Trakt św. Wojciecha Street – plot no. 33/6, precinct no. 098,

- 8 Jodłowa Street - plot no. 75/3, precinct no. 259S.

b) obtaining administrative decisions for the conduct of construction works from the competent architectural and construction administration body, enabling the commencement of construction works by the Contracting Authority,

c) performing a one-off update of investor cost estimates;

(d) exercise authorial supervision in the scope of:

- finding in progress of construction works compliance with the project,

- agreeing on the possibility of introducing alternative solutions to those provided for in the project and reported by the construction manager or the investor's supervision inspector and in accordance with the concluded contract.
