Task:
For the Hermann-Köhl barracks in Niederstetten, a new vehicle hall and a protective roof for vehicles are to be built. A planning office is being sought, to which the object and structural planning for both construction measures should be transferred. 4 contracts are drawn up. The aim of the bundling is to use the synergy effects of the constellation, to implement an appealing, statically justified design and to know that it is optimally coordinated over all service phases from a single source.

Vehicle hall:
The car shed should offer space for 20 protected parking spaces for motor vehicles. The building should be frost-free and locked with lockable gates. Required room depths and heights as well as unobstructed access must be observed. Heavy equipment (tanks) must be driven on and an apron must be provided in front of all parking areas. The construction grid of the parking spaces is 7.00 mx 14.00 m and the minimum clear height is 4.25 m. The gross floor area is approx. 2,100m
Car canopy:
The location of the new motor vehicle protective roof is close to the newly planned motor vehicle hall. The exact location of the building and whether it is a new building or an extension must be examined. The protective roof for motor vehicles should provide space for 10 protected parking spaces for motor vehicles. Required room depths and heights as well as unobstructed access must be observed. Heavy equipment must be driven on. The construction grid of the parking spaces is 7.00 mx 14.00 m and the minimum clear height is 4.25 m. The gross floor area is approx. 1,050 m
