1. The subject of the contract is the supply of diesel fuel in the amount of 1 300 000 liters and unleaded ethyline 95 in the amount of 20 000 liters over a period of 24 months.
A. Diesel:
- Diesel oil must meet the PN-EN 590+A1:2017-06/Ap1 standard, in accordance with the climatic conditions for the temperate climate according to Table 2a of the above-mentioned standard, the requirements set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9 October 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 1680) and the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 25 March 2010 on methods of testing the quality of liquid fuels (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2017, item 247).
B. ethylines:
- lead-free ethylene 95 must meet the PN-EN 228 + A1: 2017-06 standard, in accordance with the climatic conditions for the temperate climate, the requirements set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9 October 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 1680).

2. Required parameters:
A. Diesel:
- Diesel oil must meet the PN-EN 590+A1:2017-06/Ap1 standard, in accordance with the climatic conditions for the temperate climate according to Table 2a of the above-mentioned standard, the requirements set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9 October 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 1680) and the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 25 March 2010 on methods of testing the quality of liquid fuels (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2017, item 247)
- in the period from October to March, the Contractor shall ensure the supply of Arctic diesel oil IŻ 40 with a cold filter blockage (CFPP) temperature up to – 34 o C (the exact date of commencement and end of deliveries of "winter" diesel oil will be determined during the term of the contract).
B. ethylines :
- lead-free ethylene 95 must meet the PN-EN 228 + A1: 2017-06 standard, in accordance with the climatic conditions for the temperate climate, the requirements set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9 October 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 1680). and the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 25 March 2010 on methods of testing the quality of liquid fuels (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2017, item 247)
- in the period from October to March, the Contractor shall ensure the supply of unleaded ethylene with a cold filter blockage temperature (CFPP) up to – 30 o C. (the exact date of commencement and completion of deliveries of "winter" unleaded ethyline will be determined during the term of the contract, the dates given are planned dates).
