The purpose of this file is the modernization of the Sociosanitary Pharmacy Service La Florida, located in the residence of dependent elderly people of La Florida belonging to the Department of Health of Alicante-General Hospital, since it requires an update of its work processes that allows to improve the safety in the use of medicines. In this sense, a proposal is made that includes the processes of preparation of medication and dispensing / administration of medicines to people treated in the centers.
