1. The subject of the contract is the successive supply of diesel oil to the tank of a container petrol station located on the premises of the Municipal Waste Disposal Plant "Stary Las" Sp. z o.o., Stary Las 9, Starogard Gdański commune.
2. The ordered quantity of diesel oil is 180,000 liters, it is an estimate of the demand in the expected period of implementation of the subject of the contract and constitutes a basic, guaranteed order.
1. The subject of the contract is the successive supply of diesel oil to the tank of a container petrol station located on the premises of the Municipal Waste Disposal Plant "Stary Las" Sp. z o.o., Stary Las 9, Starogard Gdański commune.
2. The ordered quantity of diesel oil is 180,000 liters, it is an estimate of the demand in the expected period of implementation of the subject of the contract and constitutes a basic, guaranteed order.
The fuel must meet the requirements of the PN-EN 590 standard.
3. The Contracting Authority requires that:
- the execution of the order was carried out successively (in batches) for the duration of the contract, using the Contractor's means of transport meeting the standards provided for by law, in a single quantity of approx. 4,000 liters, within 2 working days of the Contracting Authority's notification of the demand for delivery, by e-mail or by phone;
- the supplied diesel oil complied with the Polish quality standards set out in the Act of 25 August 2006 on the Fuel Quality Monitoring and Control System (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 846, as amended), the Act of 25 August 2006 on Biocomponents and Liquid Biofuels (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 403, as amended) and regulations issued on the basis of the above Acts, including the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9 October 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1314);
- the supplied diesel oil met the requirements set out in the current PN-EN 590 standard (Fuels for motor vehicles – diesel oils) by volume at a reference temperature of +15oC;
- diesel oil supplied in the winter period enabled the operation of the Ordering Party's vehicles, and the reference point will be the cold filter blocking temperature:
• cold filter blockage temperature 0 degrees C,
• in the transition period, i.e. from 01 March to 15 April and from 01 October to 15 November with a cold filter blocking temperature of 10 degrees C,
• in winter, i.e. from 16 November to the end of February, with a cold filter blocking temperature of 20 degrees C;
- diesel fuel was supplied by a specialist transport vehicle equipped with a legalised system for measuring pumped out fuel;
Road tankers must meet the requirements set out in the Act of 19 August 2011 on the Carriage of Dangerous Goods (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 2147, as amended).
- The Contractor presented, at the request of the Contracting Authority, valid certificates of legalization of the pumped fuel meter with a number consistent with the serial number of the meter installed on the delivery vehicle (tanker);
- Delivery took place on weekdays, from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
4. The basis for settlements for the delivered diesel oil to the legalized tank (container filling station) will be the indications of the Ordering Party's electronic measurement system at the reference temperature of +15oC (constant density of diesel oil at the reference temperature of +15oC, 0.84 kg/dm3).
