The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal solid waste from the area of the Municipality of Krosniewice. The scope of the contract applies to all properties inhabited in the area of the Municipality of Krosniewice. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Appendix No. 1 to the Terms of Reference.

Detailed requirements for the execution of the contract are indicated in the draft Agreement constituting Annex No 7 to the SWZ

1) The subject of the contract includes: collection and management of mixed and separately collected municipal solid waste from:

a) inhabited real estate in the area of the Municipality of Krośniewice, i.e. from the following inhabited towns: Bardzinek, Bielice, Błonie, Cudniki, Cygany, Franki, Głaznów, Głogowa, Godzięby, Górki Miłońskie, Iwiczna, Jankowice, Kajew, Kopy, Kopyta, Krośniewice, Krzewie, Luboradz, Marynin, Miłonice, Miłosna, Morawce, Nowe, Nowe Jankowice, Ostałów, Pawlikowice, Pniewko, Pomarzany, Raszynek, Despair, Skłóty, Stara Wieś, Stare Morawce, Suchodoły, Szubina, Szubsk Duży, Szubsk Towarzystwo, Teresin, Gmina Krosniewice contains the villages and settlements of Tumidaj, Witów, Wola Nowska, Wychny, Wymysłów, Zalesie, Zieleniew, Zosinek and the city of Krosniewice. (The Contracting Authority recommends that the Contractor familiarize itself with the list of municipal roads/streets and carry out a site inspection, as some of the inhabited properties are located in a place to which, depending on the provided car, access may be difficult – this is not a condition for participation in the said procedure.)

(b) points of selective collection of municipal waste (hereinafter referred to as “PSZOK”) located in Franki, in the area of the Municipal Waste Landfill, and in Krośniewice, at 3Paderewskiego Street,

c) educational institutions (separate collection of batteries).

2) In single-family housing, there will be a mixed container-bag system for municipal waste collection, while in multi-family housing areas, there will be a container system for municipal waste collection.
