The subject of the contract is the supply (purchase and transport) of road salt "DR" to combat slipperiness on district and provincial roads for the needs of the District Road Administration in Częstochowa in the winter season 2023/2024, divided into 3 tasks.

Task No. 1

Delivery (purchase and transport) of road salt "DR" to combat slippery conditions on district and provincial roads in a total amount of about 1200 Mg to ODM square No. 1 in Rudniki in the winter season 2023/2024.

Task No. 2

Delivery (purchase and transport) of road salt "DR" to combat slipperiness on district and provincial roads in a total amount of about 1200 Mg, and brine salts in the amount of about 50 Mg to ODM Square No. 2 in Koniecpol in the winter season 2023/2024.

Delivery (purchase and transport) of road salt "DR" to combat slippery roads on district and provincial roads to ODM Square No. 3 in Poczesna in the amount of about 1200 Mg and salt to brine in the amount of about 50 Mg in the winter season 2023/2024

Salt should have an opinion in the field of use on roads, confirming the fulfillment of pro-ecological assumptions in relation to the Act on nature protection and the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 27 October 2005 on the types and conditions of use of agents that can be used on public roads and streets and squares (Journal of Laws No. 230 item 1960 of 2005).

The subject of the contract must be performed in accordance with the applicable regulations.

Each batch of salt must have appropriate standards, approvals and approvals. The Contractor shall deliver the subject of the contract to the Road Circuit Square No. 1 in Rudniki to 26 Dworcowa Street in Rudniki, to the Road Circuit Square No. 2 in Koniecpol at 84 Słowackiego Street and to the Road Circuit Square No. 3 in Poczesna to 19 Bociana Górka Street in Poczesna (according to the task). The supplied road salt (of stone origin) must meet the requirements of PN-86/C-84081/02 with the following contents:

- sodium chloride (NaCl) - min. 90%

- anti-caking agent - in the amount of min 40 mg / kg

- H2O - max 3.0%

- CaCl2 - max 0.3%

- water-insoluble parts - max. 2,0%

- grain size 1-6 mm (grains below 1 mm 20% max, grains over 6 mm 10% max)

- other requirements according to PN-86/C-84081/02

Salt must have a positive opinion of the Road and Bridge Research Institute – it is required to attach to the offer a positive opinion of the Road and Bridge Research Institute for the supplied road salt.
