1. The subject of the contract is the development of the ZSIN system, its implementation, data migration and (optionally) the provision of Technical Assistance, in accordance with the Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order (SOPZ) constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.

2. The right of option consists in providing Technical Assistance services – within 3 years from the date of conclusion of the Agreement.

1. The subject of the Order is the expansion of ZSIN and the provision of Technical Assistance services.

2. The Order will be executed in 3 Management Stages:

• Management Stage No. 1 – conducting analytical work, including analysis of ZSIN in the context of current legal, organizational and technical conditions and designing modifications in ZSIN.

• Management Stage No. 2 – construction of the ZSIN modification along with its implementation, data migration and updating of technical documentation.

• Management Stage No. 3 – provision of Technical Assistance services.
