For this, the successful tenderer must carry out the necessary prevention, repair, maintenance and conservation work, in such a way that the normal operation of the different units and facilities is guaranteed, and the normal development of the activities of the IMDEA Materials Institute is possible.

Maintenance will include preventive maintenance, technical-legal maintenance that is applicable by regulations, corrective maintenance and conductive maintenance, and in general will guarantee the proper functioning of the facilities of the headquarters of the IMDEA Materials Foundation.
