1. The subject of the contract is the service of delivery of sports cards/ passes/ monthly subscriptions (hereinafter referred to as sports passes), entitling to use recreational and sports activities of a diverse nature in the form of a sports and recreation package for the needs of selected entities of the Łukasiewicz Research Network under the conditions set out in this SWZ and in the annexes to the SWZ.

Purchase of monthly sports passes for employees, accompanying persons and children for entities of the Łukasiewicz Research Network1. The subject of the contract is the service of delivery of sports cards/ passes/ monthly subscriptions (hereinafter referred to as sports passes), entitling to use recreational and sports activities of a diverse nature in the form of a sports and recreation package for the needs of selected entities of the Łukasiewicz Research Network under the conditions set out in this SWZ and in the annexes to the SWZ.

3. The number of passes is an estimate made on the basis of the current interest of the Ordering Party's employees in this form of recreation, therefore the Ordering Party reserves the right to change this number, i.e. reduce or increase the number of passes ordered. The Ordering Party will not bear the financial consequences resulting from these changes, however, the Ordering Party undertakes to purchase under the contract a minimum of 5% of the passes from the initially estimated number of them. In the event that the demand reported by the Ordering Party's employees is greater than initially declared, the Ordering Party may exercise the right of option by increasing the number of ordered passes, but the value of the right of option may not be higher than 40% of the contract value under the basic order.
