general sanitation diagnosis and prioritization on the DIR No#X0d network; - qualitative diagnosis of the state of sanitation of the road network of the DIR No#X0d; - Identification of issues, constraints and network sections.#x0d; - prioritisation of the sections with a view to upgrading to the scale of the entire DIR and identification of the additional diagnostic studies to be carried out (including regulatory procedures) and a typology of maintenance, refurbishment and improvement/requalification operations (according to technical and financial coherence).#x0d; 3MT-2023-006

The objective of this contract is to carry out a diagnosis to prioritise the sections of the national road network by route and to identify the associated issues, in terms of water quality and use, in order to establish a multi-year programme of additional studies and investigations leading to upgrading work on the entire collection network, transfer and storage of rainwater, through the following approach:- collection of data relating to water resources, both ground, surface and coastal, its challenges, and water management on and around the DIRNO road network (road and natural watersheds, sewerage network, water law decrees, Drinking Water Supply Catchment Protection Order... ) ;- identification of prioritization criteria to define homogeneous sections of the DIRNO road network by route and prioritise them according to the state of the sewerage network and the challenges of the natural environment in which each section is located;- preparation of the rest of the studies, with the proposal of major families of solutions, the definition of hydraulic studies and regulatory procedures to be carried out to implement them, and the drafting of the associated technical specifications
