The subject of the contract is the supply of computer equipment. The order was divided into 4 Lots.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex A to the SWZ. Minimum conditions of warranty and service - in accordance with the detailed description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex A to the SWZ. The contracting authority allows equivalent bids to be submitted. The Contractor may offer equipment with the same or better technical, quality and functional parameters, meeting the minimum parameters specified by the Contracting Authority in Annex A to the SWZ. The equipment supplied must be brand new, i.e. not used before the date of delivery and not shown at conferences and trade fairs, or used in a similar way. The contracting authority does not provide for the award of contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) and (8) of the PPL.
