HOWOGE Wohnungsbaugesellschaft mbH (HOWOGE) is planning to build a 3-class primary school on the approx. 10,966 m2 building plot on Rheinpfalzallee in Berlin-Lichtenberg (OT Karlshorst) according to the pedagogical model of the Berlin Compartment School with a sports hall consisting of 2 hall sections. With the exception of the outdoor sports facilities (with the exception of the running track and the long jump facility), all school uses are to be mapped on the property.

The services to be awarded relate to the turnkey construction of the construction project by a general contractor. The service includes all structural, technical and gardening and landscaping construction services required for the complete construction of the school, including the sports hall and outdoor facilities, as well as all planning services for object planning, technical equipment including all technical development, structural engineering and outdoor space planning. The entire planning is to be offered in all affected service profiles, including all appraisers and expert services and the obtaining of all necessary permits as well as the turnkey and ready-to-move construction of the construction project.

As part of the award procedure, the bidders must, among other things, prepare a planning project study, which will be evaluated by the contracting authority with regard to its quality as part of the award decision.
