The purpose of the contract is to provide technical assistance services relating to architecture and strategy studies.

It must allow GIE SESAM-Vitale to have technical assistance within the framework of information system architecture studies and strategy studies (state of the art, prospective studies, strategy, before -project). These studies should make it possible to produce summary files for decision-makers, in-depth study files, system architecture files or models. The scope is that of the health / social sector, in particular the data exchange systems with compulsory and complementary health insurance, as well as the services offered to health professionals, digital identity media (issuing, updating, consultation, transfer, opposition, end of life) for example the Vitale card or the APCV, online access to health insurance information systems, etc. The information systems concerned federate all or part of the following components: access terminals for health professionals and insured persons, including in the context of mobility, digital identity support, “batch” or time type exchange services real (portals, servers offering online services), specialized subsystems (security, support, supervision, partner relationship), decision-making information systems and reference data management systems.
