1) The subject of the contract is: supply of administrative and office materials for the needs of the Police of the Małopolska garrison in the years 2024-2025.

3) The place of supply is the warehouses of the Ordering Party located in Krakow:

KWP warehouse in Krakow – 109 Mogilska Street

KMP warehouse in Krakow – 24 Siemiradzkiego Street.

4) The Contracting Authority requires a 12-month warranty for the delivered goods, counting from the date of delivery, but not less than the manufacturer's warranty.

5) The conclusion of a framework agreement shall not deprive the Contracting Authority of the right to order the said supplies by way of separate public procurement procedures if the Contracting Authority finds that there is no interest in submitting Contractors covered by the framework agreement or in other justified cases.

6) The Framework Agreement will be in force from the date of conclusion, but not earlier than from 3 January 2024 to 31 December 2025.

7) Deadlines for partial orders:

(a) up to 10 calendar days from the date of submission of the declaration of readiness to execute the order under the conditions specified in the framework contract;

(b) up to 21 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the supply agreement.
