The subject of the order is the continuous maintenance and support of an address mailing list with the help of CRM software (Customer Relationship Management Program) as well as the preparation of the addressees for mailing campaigns and the dispatch of newsletters to selected addressees.

This includes in particular the following services:

- Project introduction, initial services, e.g. the acquisition of the licenses of the required CRM software as well as the migration of the client's existing address data to the address distribution list

- General services such as the support of the existing CRM-supported mailing list; the continuous process optimization and further development of the procedure for the optimized use of the data, the ongoing maintenance of the server as well as ensuring the maintenance and monitoring of the software/server

- Maintenance of the CRM software-supported address mailing list

- Discussions with the client

- Preparation of regular and irregular shipping campaigns

- Irregular sending of media
