The assignment concerns the appointment of service provider (s) for the preparation of certificates EPC and EPC common parts for the benefit of the members of VVH. The Association of Flemish Housing Companies, or VVH for short (and its possible legal successor (s)), is the umbrella organization of the social housing companies in Flanders (rental/sale social housing). This assignment includes 5 plots (1 per Flemish province).

In application of Article 48 of the Public Procurement Act, the Association of Flemish Housing Companies (VVH), and its possible legal successor (s), organizes an occasional joint assignment in the sense that it provides the framework agreement with respect to the service provider (s) for the drafting of attestations EPC and EPC places common parts intended for the

housing companies that are members of VVH and have confirmed their participation in this procedure. The assignment is closed with and on behalf of the individual housing companies.
