Passage services on scheduled services, on-demand transport.

We are launchering an EU-wide invitation to tender for the services included in the tender documents on regular services in the urban area. For this purpose, we would like to ask you to make us an offer.

The service to be provided starts from 18 August 2021 and is initially limited until 17/08/2023. For the operating days and operating times, please refer to Appendix 3.

When the surcharge is awarded, a contract is concluded in accordance with Appendix 2.

The prerequisite for participating in this tender is that you are a traders who already carries out transport in accordance with the German Passenger Transport Act (pBeFG) and that there is a licence under the PBefG in the company. Please submit references and present your company in short written form.

Please enter your offer in the form of a quotation price per hour of use (net) in the price sheet in accordance with Appendix 7.

Due to the expected quality, payment is always required above the minimum level of wages and, due to the volume of orders, the majority of employment relationships are fully subject to social security contributions.

The bidder is obliged to make the vehicles provided by the RVM always available in a clean, road- and operationally safe condition, which complies with the legal provisions (in particular pBefG, StVZO and BoKraft) and the quality requirements of contractors of the RVM (Appendix 4).

The tenderer shall install at least 2 charging points at his depot (or within easy reach) at his expense to ensure the daily fully electric exit with fully charged batteries of the vehicles. Therefore, a site/depot in the city area of Senden is desirable.

The bids are valued at 90% of the offer price and 10% to the location/depot of the vehicles.
