The tender includes the following works:

Sanitary:

-approx. 160 m sewage pipe made of PP pipe

-approx. 70 m drinking water pipe made of multi-layer composite pipe

-approx. 350 m drinking water pipe made of stainless steel

-Automatic domestic water station

-Laying of the drinking water installation in suspended ceilings and pre-walls

-Connection of individual taps via the raw floor

-Automatic hygienic flushing at the ends of the strands

-Water heating via decentralised instantaneous water heater

-3 St. frostsichere Außenarmaturen

-4 WC facilities barrier-free

-Insulation of the drinking water installation with aluminium-laminated mineral wool

-Sheathing of the insulation with sheet metal in joint areas up to 2 m above prefabricated floor

Heater:

-Air-to-water heat pump 46 kW for outdoor installation

-approx. 40 m Pre-insulated PE-Xa pipe buried as a connection between heat pump and building

-approx. 200 m of heating pipes made of precision steel pipe as a pressing system in the building

-approx. 600 m Pre-insulated PE-Xa pipe for connecting the heating circuit manifolds of the underfloor heating system via the raw floor

-Technical central heating in the building with buffer tank, pressure maintenance, diaphragm pressure expansion vessel, heating control and pump groups

-approx. 1,000 m² floor slabs with integrated pipe routing to accommodate copper pipe as underfloor heating under mastic asphalt

-approx. 4,900 m copper pipe as underfloor heating under mastic asphalt

-approx. 9 pcs. underfloor heating circuit distributor

-Insulation of the heating installation in the building with aluminium-laminated mineral wool

-Sheathing of the insulation with sheet metal in joint areas up to 2 m above prefabricated floor
