The subject of the public contract is the purchase (sale) of electricity within the meaning of the Energy Law Act of 10 April 1997 (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385, as amended) supplied to facilities in the Mazowieckie Voivodeship in accordance with the standards set out in the tariff and system regulations.
The subject of the order was divided into 3 lots:
• Part 1 – includes the purchase (sale) of electricity up to 39 energy consumption points, in accordance with Annex 6a to the SWZ
• Part 2 – includes the purchase (sale) of electricity up to 78 energy consumption points, in accordance with Annex 6b to the SWZ
• Part 3 – includes the purchase (sale) of electricity up to 80 energy consumption points, in accordance with Annex 6c to the SWZ
